Transitions: Next Steps Peer Learning Group
Meaningful career or life transitions almost always require a period of exploration, experimentation and risk. This peer group format is an excellent place to confidentially explore your next steps and to begin to design the life you want. Are you exploring what you want to do next in your personal or professional life? Have you been an at- home parent and are now trying to figure out your next steps, possibly in the workplace? Are you a manager or leader in an organization who wants to explore other options?
Are you interested in transforming your life and don’t know where to start? This series provides an opportunity to share ideas, use tools and do activities that are designed to help clarify your vision, your competencies and your positioning statement. This collegial environment will foster confidence, learning and networking, while having support on the “the next steps” journey.
Transitions Next Steps TableTalks Peer Learning Groups is for those who are anticipating or hoping for some kind of career or life change. The series is helpful to participants who explore, in a confidential setting, ideas about next steps in their lives.
The model is based on the TableTalks Peer Learning Groups format, with some pre- and post work done in between sessions. Typically, everyone is at a different juncture in their thinking about “what next?” and the ‘curriculum’ is participant centered.
